The miniature is from Darksword, and is one I've had my eye on for a long time as it is extremely similar to the original design of the character, however, I held back for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, the shield put me off. Although She-Ra does use a shield occasionally, it's because her sword turns into one. Secondly, I was waiting to see if anybody sculpted a more accurate version. However, they didn't, and so I got over the shield thing.
The model itself is fantastic, with loads of detail, and is cleanly cast, although I had a weird situation where the wrist of the sword hand snapped during painting. This wasn't a joint point (that's the elbow), but it was really easy to fix.
In terms of painting, I kept thing simple, with the trickiest bit being the white. However, the GW contrast white makes this much easier than it used to be.
All in all, I'm reallyhappy with what I've done and I'm going to be working through some more of my Masters of the Universe backlog as I've got a bit bored of batch painting and fancy doing individual models for a while.
